Refund Policy Northern Light Sports / World Stage Travels Bond with Kuliang 2026 – China–U.S. College Baseball Exhibition Games At Northern Light Sports, we are committed to delivering a world-class international experience. Due to the nature of global travel coordination, event commitments, and limited roster capacity, the following refund policy applies to all participants. ⸻ 💰 Payment Terms All participants are required to pay 100% of the ground package cost upfront in order to: • Secure their roster position • Confirm accommodations and transportation • Lock in participation in this limited international event Because this program is limited to a select number of teams and participants, all payments are considered a commitment to attend. ⸻ ❗ Refund Policy Overview All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined below. Due to the following factors, refunds cannot be guaranteed: • International travel arrangements and deposits • Pre-paid hotels and transportation • Event coordination with international partners • Limited roster availability (only 8 teams accepted) ⸻ 🔄 Replacement / Transfer Policy If a participant is unable to attend: • They may transfer their spot to another eligible player or participant • Replacement must be approved by Northern Light Sports • All financial arrangements for replacement are the responsibility of the original participant ⸻ ⚠️ Event Cancellation (By Organizer) In the event that the program is canceled by Northern Light Sports or event organizers: • Participants will receive a refund of recoverable funds, minus any: • Non-refundable deposits • Third-party vendor costs already incurred • Northern Light Sports will make every effort to maximize refunds where possible ⸻ 🌍 Travel Interruptions / Force Majeure Northern Light Sports is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to: • Government actions or travel restrictions • Weather or natural disasters • Public health situations • Airline disruptions • Acts of war or civil unrest In such cases: • Refunds will depend on vendor policies and recoverable funds • Travel insurance is strongly recommended ⸻ ✈️ Airfare • Airfare is not included in the program • Participants are responsible for booking their own flights • Refunds for airfare are subject to the airline’s individual policies ⸻ 🛡️ Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended) We strongly recommend all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including: • Trip cancellation • Medical coverage • Travel delays • Emergency evacuation ⸻ 📩 Questions For questions regarding this policy, please contact: Email: baseball2026@163.com Website: www.NorthernLightSports.org ⸻ ✅ Acknowledgment By submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
